Which GST return do I file?
The returns you owe depend on how you are registered and how much you turn over. Set the options below and you get the full list, each with its filing frequency and the rule for when it is due.

Notes
- QRMP is open to regular taxpayers with turnover up to ₹5 crore. You still upload B2B invoices monthly through the optional IFF and pay tax monthly with PMT-06; only GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B move to quarterly.
- GSTR-9 (annual return) is optional if your turnover is up to ₹2 crore. GSTR-9C (self-certified reconciliation) is required above ₹5 crore.
- GSTR-2B is a read-only auto-drafted ITC statement, not something you file. GSTR-2A is dynamic and also not filed.
- A Nil return is still due even with no activity — GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B can be filed as Nil by SMS or on the portal.
Due dates shown are the standard rules; the government extends them by notification from time to time, and the QRMP GSTR-3B date (22nd or 24th) depends on your principal state. Always confirm against the portal or the Due Date Calendar before filing.
